What does Ojai Hearing Foundation do or provide?

How do I access this program?

To find out if you are eligible to apply, please fill out the contact form below.

How do I apply?

In order to be eligible for this program, you will need to be seen by Ear Nose Throat of Ojai. This provider has an audiologist on-staff for back-to-back appointments with their ENT ensuring less visits and decreasing scheduling stress. Once the visit is completed and we receive the chart notes, it is added to your application and submitted to our board for final review. At the final review the board will make a decision on the award amount and method. An Ojai Hearing Foundation team member will reach out to you directly to schedule your hearing aid fitting.

How are you able to do this?

We rely SOLELY on donations from incredible individuals and collaborative companies. Any and all donations are welcome and we are grateful for all support! Join our mailing list to hear about upcoming fundraising events and newsworthy happenings!
